Johann is a murderous little shit who goes to violence as the first, last, and only resort. This is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, he's very good at violence. On the other hand, he's a one-trick-pony. He hurts people by breaking bones and drawing blood and that's it. Anything more complex than 'punch it until it bleeds' is beyond him.
As long as he's my inmate, give me a heads up if he breaks bones or draws blood outside of a sparring session. This sort of one-trick-violence has happened multiple times now so there's a high chance it will happen again.
