Explanation of ability

monsterjohannJohann's granted with a passive ability that shrouds him a bit. While Johann should stick out like a sore thumb because he's a six foot dope in a black coat, he doesn’t. He can blend in with a crowd. Eyes slide over him and he goes unnoticed. People meet him once and forget about him as soon as he’s left.
So what does this mean for your character? Well! It might mean nothing at all. Barge magic (and OOC consent) means that these abilities work only sporadically or not at all. This is all dependent on player preference! If you don't want to deal with it, then don't worry!
If you want to play around with it, then it means that your character may not remember Johann if they've met before. They might recall a meeting, but be unable to put his face to a name. They might forget the conversation completely. They might have a little deja-vu when they meet him but be unable to place why.
It also means that, if they're passing him in the hallway, they may not even see him at all. He's not invisible, but their eyes might slide right past him. They might not notice him in plain sight until he speaks to them. Their mind simply doesn't want to perceive him.
